اَهورا مَزدا، نماد خِردِ برتر و نیکیِ جاودان — سرورِ نور و راستی در اندیشه‌ی ایرانی.
این قطعه بازتابی از سه اصل زرتشتی است:
هوماتا، هوختا، هوورَشتا — اندیشه‌ی نیک، گفتار نیک، کردار نیک.
آوایی که یادآور راه انسان است در جستجوی روشنایی، راستی و آشتی با هستی.
در هر تکرارِ نامِ اَهورا مَزدا، پژواکی از ایمانِ کهن و آرامشِ ابدی نهفته است؛
دعوتی برای بازگشت به خویشتن، به نیکی، و به روشن‌ترین سویِ روح.

بخش دومِ نیایش، سرود «اَشِم وُهو» است؛ یکی از مقدس‌ترین سرودهای اوستایی که می‌گوید:
«راستی، برترین نیکی‌ست. خوشبختی از آنِ کسی‌ست که به‌راستی گام برمی‌دارد، برای راستیِ برتر.»
این سرود، چکیده‌ی فلسفه‌ی زرتشتی است — یادآور راهی که انسان با خرد، نیکی و راستی، به سوی نور می‌پوید.
