TUPAC TRIAL LIVE: Watch Day 7 of the trial of Duane “Keefe D” Davis, who is accused of orchestrating the 1996 drive-by shooting of Tupac Shakur, live from Las Vegas court. Davis is charged with murder with the use of a deadly weapon with intent to promote, further or assist a criminal gang.

The trial is expected to last about a month. Prosecutors accuse Davis of ordering the fatal shooting as retaliation for a brawl that broke out on a casino floor shortly before Shakur was killed. Authorities have also pointed to comments Davis made in several media interviews as evidence of his alleged involvement in the killing.

Among the 200 potential witnesses in the case are some notable names, including:
Marion "Suge" Knight - Former Death Row Records CEO who was in the car when Shakur was shot
Former Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman
Nevada Governor Joe Lombardo, who served in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department at the time of the murder
Former LAPD Detective Greg Kading, who claims Davis confessed to his involvement during a 2009 interview with law enforcement
Yusef Jah, the ghostwriter for Davis in his memoir
Several of Shakur’s family members

President Donald Trump said Monday that he is "looking at" firing U.S. Ambassador to Greece Kimberly Guilfoyle after various reports alleging she engaged in improper and potentially illegal conduct before and during her tenure in Athens. "We're not happy," Trump added.

Earlier this month, The Wall Street Journal reported — referencing text messages — that Guilfoyle asked a Trump donor and supporter to pay a $100,000 credit card bill just before her confirmation hearing, promising him access to administration officials if he did.

Guilfoyle has not addressed the reports directly, but in a statement released late Sunday obtained by The Associated Press, her attorneys denied any wrongdoing by Guilfoyle and alleged that the money she was requesting from the Trump donor was payment for services like public appearances and speaking engagements that predate her ambassadorial nomination that had not been paid.

We are continuing to get reactions after disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein was sentenced in Manhattan to 15 years in prison last week. Weinstein’s sentencing for sexually assaulting Miriam Haley followed a legal battle spanning more than six years. His 2020 conviction was overturned by New York's highest court. A second jury found Weinstein guilty again at a retrial last year. LiveNOW’s Shawna Khalafi is speaking with Genie Harrison, an employment and women's rights lawyer, as we get the latest reactions to the sentencing.

Britain said it will expand military support to defend Saudi Arabia against attacks by Yemen’s Iran-backed Houthi rebels, vowing to send Royal Air Force Typhoon jets.

In a post on X, Defense Secretary Wes Streeting said:

"The Houthi attacks on our ally Saudi Arabia are absolutely despicable and dangerous for the region.

Today I have approved further UK military support. RAF Typhoons will fly defensive air missions to protect Saudi airspace from drones and missiles."
