Yemen Just Went From Bad to Worse

The Houthis are on the march

So the Houthis are kind of winning right now in Yemen. Just a few days ago we had regional analysts wondering if the Iranian backed group was on the verge of collapse, but we blink and they’ve just taken some very strategic territory. One local official summed up it by saying, “it’s really bad”. For Yemeni government forces that is, as the Houthis continue to advance.
