This was a bigger reaction from Iran than expected

Looks like we’re back to war. This appears to be like more than a tit for tat response as the US carried out strikes for a few hours earlier today and the Iranian response, missile and drone attacks across the region, is still ongoing as of this recording.
In turn we don’t have any solid battle damage assessments however the US says we went after a number of radar sites along the coast and Iran says that one strike hit a wedding party killing four and wounding more than 50.
On the other side, Iran appears to have shot down a US MQ-9 Reaper drone and it looks like at least a few missiles bypassed air defense and impacted in Jordan. Jordan has since announced that 10 missiles were intercepted and 3 fell in unpopulated areas.

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has issued one of Ukraine’s most direct warnings yet about the growing danger inside Russian airspace: the “safe days for Russia’s skies are over.” Zelenskyy says Ukraine is not threatening civilian aviation, but warns that increasing Ukrainian drone and missile operations against Russian military targets and the war economy are making Russian airspace increasingly unsafe.

The warning comes alongside a broader escalation in rhetoric between Kyiv and Moscow. Zelenskyy said the United States asked Ukraine to refrain from strikes on Moscow and St. Petersburg from August 25–27, a request Ukraine complied with while Russian attacks continued. Kyrylo Budanov reinforced Zelenskyy’s warning, saying Ukraine will deliver a harsh and proportionate response and that international airlines, insurers, and partners should recognize the new reality in Russian airspace.

Vladimir Putin responded by calling Zelenskyy’s warning a declaration of “state terrorism” and said Russia would respond if a tragedy occurred. Putin also claimed Ukrainian attacks had targeted three Russian nuclear power plants and announced orders for massive strikes against Ukraine’s energy facilities and infrastructure. I examine what Russia is claiming, what Ukraine is actually saying, and why the possibility of propaganda or a false-flag narrative must be watched carefully.

The video also looks at Putin’s meeting with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, the growing Russia-Iran relationship, and the extraordinary contradictions in Moscow’s language about sovereignty, aggression, national independence, and the right of nations to defend themselves.

The US has vowed vengeance against the Iranians after a massive missile attack was conducted by Iran against US bases last night, causing damage to an aircraft hangar at the Muwaffaq Salti Airbase in Jordan, and attempted attacks on Qatar and the UAE. US officials have warned that the upcoming strikes will be severe, and that the US will destroy Kharg Island, the nation's largest oil export port, in retaliation to the attacks conducted against the US. Meanwhile IRGC force claim an MQ-9 reaper was shot down in the Hormuz last night. Massive drone attacks are currently hitting Russia, with a Wild Berries facility being hit in Yekaterinburg recently. attacks on Russian airbases near Ukraine have also been conducted as well. Japan is attempting to massively increase military spending, and India has asked Russia to end the war in Ukraine once again.
