در بخش دیگری از این ویدیوها، هیم اشد، رئیس سابق امنیت فضایی اسرائیل، ادعا می‌کند که آمریکا و اسرائیل سال‌هاست با گروهی از موجودات فرازمینی در ارتباط هستند؛ گروهی که او آن را «فدراسیون کهکشانی» می‌نامد. به گفته او، دونالد ترامپ از وجود این بیگانگان اطلاع داشته و حتی قصد افشای این موضوع را داشته، اما از او خواسته شده این کار را انجام ندهد تا از ایجاد «هیستری جمعی» جلوگیری شود. اشد همچنین ادعا می‌کند توافقی محرمانه میان دولت آمریکا و موجودات فرازمینی وجود دارد و حتی پایگاهی مشترک در زیر سطح مریخ میان فضانوردان آمریکایی و نمایندگان این موجودات فعال است. او تأکید می‌کند که اگر چند سال پیش چنین حرف‌هایی می‌زد، احتمالاً او را روانی تلقی می‌کردند، اما حالا می‌گوید دیگر چیزی برای از دست دادن ندارد.
اما جنجالی‌ترین بخش این مجموعه، روایت کیرسان ایلومژینوف، رئیس‌جمهور سابق جمهوری کالمیکیا در روسیه و رئیس پیشین فدراسیون جهانی شطرنج است. او مدعی است در سال ۱۹۹۷ توسط موجودات فرازمینی «دعوت» شده و به داخل سفینه‌ای عظیم منتقل شده است. ایلومژینوف می‌گوید در آپارتمانش در مسکو صدایی او را به سمت لوله‌ای شفاف و درخشان هدایت کرد و پس از عبور از آن، وارد فضایی بسیار بزرگ شبیه چند زمین فوتبال شد؛ جایی که موجوداتی قدبلند با لباس‌های زرد حضور داشتند و از طریق انتقال افکار با او ارتباط برقرار می‌کردند. به گفته او، این موجودات معتقد بودند بشر هنوز برای ارتباط مستقیم با تمدن‌های پیشرفته آماده نیست و همچنان بیشتر توان خود را صرف ساخت سلاح و نابودی یکدیگر می‌کند.
در ادامه این مصاحبه، رئیس دفتر او نیز برای نخستین بار مقابل دوربین ظاهر می‌شود و تأیید می‌کند که در شب حادثه، ایلومژینوف برای مدتی ناپدید شده بود و پس از جستجوی طولانی ناگهان از اتاقی که بارها بررسی شده بود بیرون آمد. این مجموعه ویدیوها حالا به یکی از داغ‌ترین موضوعات فضای مجازی درباره یوفوها، موجودات فرازمینی، پرونده‌های محرمانه دولت‌ها و احتمال وجود تماس‌های پنهانی میان انسان و تمدن‌های ناشناخته تبدیل شده است.
