If you are looking to cure your morning fatigue, refocus your mind or wake up every muscle in your body to start your day, this is the perfect morning yoga class for you.

Pair this morning yoga workout class with some of my other fitness videos to create an hour long full body workout!

Remember, if you want results you have to apply two rules and stick to them:
You have to work hard AND eat clean.

I eat a plant based diet (yes im a vegan fitness girl) which helps a lot and i highly recommend it. But the working hard piece comes from within each of us... you have to commit yourself everyday to the idea of achieving whatever healthy look you desire.

Enjoy and comment below to tell me how you feel afterwards. :)

Putin is pushing a Konstantinivka victory narrative just as Trump heads into NATO — but the battlefield evidence tells a very different story.

In this frontline update with Professor Gerdes, we break down why Konstantinivka has become the central story of the war, how Russia is using information warfare around the fortress belt, and why the next 72 hours could matter for Ukraine, NATO, Trump, Zelenskyy, and Putin.

We also cover the latest Kyiv strike warnings, Ukraine’s pressure campaign against Russian refineries and logistics, Crimea’s blackout, Omsk being hit, the Pokrovsk and Dobropillia sectors, Sumy, Kharkiv, Kupyansk, Zaporizhia, and the wider question of whether Russia’s battlefield narrative is collapsing faster than its actual front line is advancing.

Ukraine is outgunned and outmanned — but not outsmarted.

Like, comment, subscribe, and share this update if you want serious, fact-grounded coverage of Ukraine, Russia, NATO, and the global security stakes.
