I examine the reported Ukrainian drone strikes on two critical Russian oil-logistics targets: the NZNP Rostovsky oil-products export terminal in Rostov-on-Don and the Transneft-linked pumping and storage site near Prosvet in Samara. The Rostov terminal reportedly handles up to 3.5 million tons of petroleum products annually, while the Samara hub receives, stores, blends, and transports crude from major producing regions.
